St. William's Students Reflect on Corporal Works of Mercy
Students and faculty took a break from their busy school day on Friday, March 18th to pray and reflect on the Corporal Works of Mercy during the school's 16th Annual School Retreat Day. Sr. JoAnn Bonauro, S. C. led each group in guided prayer and in discovering the Corporal Works of Mercy through the eyes of Jesus and his apostles. Grades K-5 watched a video Veggie Tales-Bob Lends a Helping Hand and grades 6-8 watched Miracle at Midnight. Each class completed a craft and had snack. The morning ended in the church with the Living Stations presented by the 7th Grade. It was a very peaceful and faith enriching day.
