On January 20, 2018, the eve of the Feast of St. Agnes, patroness of the Diocese of Rockville Centre, members of Long Island's Catholic schools community attended Mass at St. Agnes Cathedral.  The Mass was celebrated by Bishop Barres, who was joined by Monsignor Koenig, rector of St. Agnes Cathedral, Very Reverend Dom Elias Carr, Can.
