Christopher Pizzo, a fifth grade student at Maria Regina School in Seaford, won the Senator Kemp Hannon award, "There Ought to Be A Law."  Students submitted essays in response to the topic for a law they felt was needed.  Twenty-five schools participated with over 1,300 students entering the contest.  Christopher's law was that every 10 years, people should renew their written and driving tests for their driver's license.
