The response has been clear: parents have truly seen the value of Catholic elementary education during remote instruction this spring. Both teachers and administrators have gone above and beyond to keep students engaged and challenged and stay in touch with families. Immediately after the shutdown, schools quickly transitioned to online learning, not missing a day of instruction. During the months of COVID and into the summer, parents have reiterated their gratitude for the hard work of their children’s teachers and how lucky they felt to have their child in the DRVC system. A parent survey will be released in the coming weeks to allow for additional parent feedback.
